TURN MARKETING ACTIVITY INTO MEASURABLE GROWTH IN A GLOBAL B2B SAAS COMPANY Have you ever known exactly why a marketing effort was underperforming, but couldn’t make the changes needed to improve it? In this role, nothing will be holding you back as you’ll work across our website, search, paid media, HubSpot and tracking, with the freedom to turn insight into action. In other words: spot the friction, prioritise what matters, make the change and see what happens. You won’t be stepping into a perfectly tuned growth machine that simply needs to be maintained. The foundations are there, but there is genuine room to improve them, one practical step at a time. And if you’ve already visited our site and mentally started a to-do list, we can assure you that we’re working on a brand refresh and a new website. But we need your help to make sure the new setup works in practice, from the first visit to the handoff to sales. MAKE THE CUSTOMER JOURNEY WORK FROM FIRST CLICK TO LEAD HANDOFF Your job is to get our marketing into the market, make the digital journey work and show us what performs. You’ll work across the entire funnel:

• Set up campaigns and distribute content assets across core digital channels (organic, search, social) to drive qualified traffic.
• Build and test high-converting landing pages, forms and conversion paths in HubSpot.
• Optimize our WordPress site for UX, speed and conversion performance.
• Work with sales to ensure leads reach the right people with the right context.
• Keep tracking, tagging and reporting accurate, using findings to systematically test and prioritize improvements.

You’re not expected to architect complex HubSpot automation, master every advertising platform or solve advanced SEO alone. We’re still building strong foundations and external specialists provide additional depth where needed. You’ll report directly to our Chief Strategy & Growth Officer and work closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, product and customer success to connect our marketing activities with customer needs and commercial priorities. One of your closest collaborators will be our future Senior Marketing Specialist, Content & Campaigns in Orlando, a role we are currently recruiting for. They will lead content development and campaign concepts; you will lead digital activation, conversion and measurement. Together, you’ll turn strong ideas into effective campaigns, learn what works and decide what to improve next. BE CURIOUS, THOROUGH AND A LITTLE OBSESSIVE ABOUT QUALITY You’ll likely bring 4+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing. You are comfortable working hands-on with websites and digital channels, using data to understand performance and deciding what to improve. You don’t need equal experience with every tool we use. We’re interested in a solid digital foundation, commercial judgment and the ability to learn. Experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing platform is useful, as is a background in B2B SaaS. You enjoy getting work live, checking what happened and improving the next effort. Broken links, missing tags and forms that ask one question too many bother you more than they probably should. You can work independently, manage several activities at once and involve colleagues or specialists when you need input. You move quickly, but you do not confuse speed with sloppiness. AI is a natural part of your toolbox, but we are hiring you, not the tool. We need your curiosity, judgment and ability to connect the data with the real commercial context. We expect you to question AI’s output, protect customer data and take full responsibility for the accuracy and quality of everything that goes live. • Location: Aarhus, Denmark. We offer flexibility, with a typical week including four days in the office.
