Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Hospital Pharmacist to ensure the safe dispensing of medications, provide pharmaceutical care, and support physicians in optimizing medication therapy for hospitalized patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify medication orders.
- Dispense medications accurately.
- Provide drug information to healthcare professionals.
- Monitor medication safety and adverse reactions.
- Counsel patients when appropriate.
- Manage pharmacy inventory.
- Participate in medication safety and quality programs.

Education & Certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
- Current Pharmacist license.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of hospital pharmacy experience .
