You will work in the Global Revenue Growth Management team within Global Commercial Development. Based at our amazing LEGO Campus in Billund, you will collaborate on projects ranging from Trade Investments to various strategic and tactical initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

Some tasks will be recurring, while others will vary from project to project:

• Lead Monthly Data Preparation : Take charge of preparing monthly data analysis to inform status updates for our Market Groups on various topics.
• Develop Compelling Communication Materials : Create impactful communication materials tailored for our stakeholders, effectively conveying key messages and insights to enhance engagement.
• Support Strategic Analyses : Provide comprehensive support across various analyses, including trade investments and commercial performance monitoring, to drive informed Global commercial decision-making and optimize outcomes.
• Design and Maintain PowerBI Dashboards : Build and uphold PowerBI Dashboards that empower our organization with actionable insights, facilitating strategic decision-making and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Manage SharePoint Portal : Take ownership of our SharePoint Portal, ensuring it remains a user-friendly and efficient platform for collaboration and information sharing.
• Participate in Ad Hoc Projects : Engage in cross functional projects aligned with your skills and interests, fostering personal development while contributing to our revenue growth management initiatives.

In this role, you'll have the autonomy to shape your tasks based on your interests and strengths. Joining our Global Revenue Growth Management team in Billund, you will work in an international team of 8 colleagues focused on driving sustainable growth. Together, we make strategic decisions on trade investments, aiming to optimize our commercial effectiveness. Plus, you will get the chance to develop your commercial skills alongside experts in strategy, finance, and sales.

Do you have what it takes?

You study at university level and ideally have at least 2 years left of your degree. Further you:

• Are dedicated, analytical, and curious – not least about The LEGO® Group.
• Demonstrate proactive initiative and a strong attitude for teamwork.
• Have experience with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Have knowledge of PowerBI – with a willingness to learn more
• Can work 2 days a week ~15 hours a week.
• Are proficient in writing and speaking English
