Stillingen er en specialiststilling. Vi lægger vægt på, at du brænder for at lave et stykke håndværk i topkvalitet, og at du trives med at blive den, der har styr på detaljerne.
Arbejdsopgaverne overdrages af en kollega, som sikrer en tryg opstart.
Dine primære arbejdsopgaver vil være:
- Selvstændig håndtering af den månedlige lønkørsel i Zenegy.
- Indberetning til SKAT, ATP, feriekonto og øvrige offentlige myndigheder.
- Vedligeholdelse af medarbejder- og kontraktdata samt lønbudgetter.
- Beregning og afstemning af løn, tillæg, bonusser og fratrædelser.
- Besvarelse af spørgsmål fra kolleger om løn, skat, ferie og lignende.
- Deltage i implementering og drift af løsning vedrørende løngennemsigtighedsdirektiv.
- Assistere ved udarbejdelse af ansættelseskontrakter.
- Ad hoc-opgaver inden for økonomi og administration.
Kvalifikationer
Vi forestiller os, at du:
- Har solid erfaring med lønadministration fra en tilsvarende stilling.
- Har kendskab til dansk lønlovgivning, personskat og ferielovgivning.
- Er en fodboldinteresseret holdspiller.
- Er erfaren bruger af lønsystemer – kendskab til Zenegy er en fordel, men ikke et krav.
- Er fortrolig med Excel som arbejdsredskab.
- Arbejder struktureret, grundigt og selvstændigt.
- Har en naturlig diskretion og forståelse for, at løndata er fortrolige oplysninger.
