Key responsibilities and tasks
- Track and trace shipments
- Arrange payment to vendors, carrier, airlines, etc
- Arrange customs formalities
- Arrange pick up and delivery to final consignee
- Maintain communication with customers and build good relationship between agent, overseas partners, customers, vendors
Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in air and ocean import general processes
- General understanding of bonded procedures, 7512, ISF, warehouse entry, consumption entry
- Process quote requests
- Works well in group / team setting
- Can work under pressure and understand how to work in order of priority
