We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to support Product Strategy by sharpening our product story and equipping Sales and Customer Success to communicate its value. You will bring strategic thinking, IAM domain knowledge, and a drive to make an impact.

About the role

As Product Marketing Manager, you will help shape product messaging, competitive positioning, and launch readiness for Omada’s identity security platform. You will translate buyer needs and market insights into clear, differentiated narratives and work across Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to keep Omada’s story consistent and relevant. You will support analyst-related activities in coordination with the team responsible for analyst relations and report to the Head of Product Strategy.

What you'll do
Signal back to Product: Work closely with the Product Management organization to turn win/loss patterns and field feedback into useful input on roadmap, pricing, and packaging.

• Launch readiness: Ensure Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing have the positioning and materials they need for product launches and feature releases, with the level of support scaled to each release.
• Buyer personas: Own buyer personas aligned with Omada’s ideal customer profile (ICP). Represent buyer needs and market dynamics in product and go-to-market discussions.
• Positioning and messaging: Maintain clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging, ensuring consistent use across communication channels, including the website, presentations, and campaigns.
• Market and competitive intelligence: Track competitors and relevant market developments, maintain battlecards, share timely updates, and synthesize insights from analyst research and Product Management.
• Field enablement: Define the messaging and competitive resources that Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success Managers need for deals and renewals. Partner with Sales Enablement on training delivery and Product Management on technical content.

What you'll bring

• At least 2 years of product marketing experience, preferably in cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of IAM, IGA, PAM, or adjacent identity security domains.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT buyers, including CISOs, IT Directors, and IAM architects.
• Experience supporting product launches and developing buyer personas that inform product and go-to-market decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business and technical audiences.
• Strong competitive intelligence skills: tracking developments, synthesizing insights, and sharing them effectively.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects, influence without direct authority, and manage multiple priorities with ownership from start to finish.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise buyers for whom data sovereignty is an important purchasing consideration.

Education and language

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, business, marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
