Position Summary
As Sr Consumer Access Manager, you will shape how consumers can access and afford obesity treatment across Business Area West. You will turn pricing, market and consumer insights into clear strategies and business cases that guide leadership decisions and help affiliates act with confidence. Working across markets, your analysis and recommendations will help more people living with obesity reach the treatment they need.

Your Skills and Qualifications
To assess your fit quickly, here is what matters most for this role:

• A degree. or MBA in economics, finance, business administration or a related discipline.

• At least 4 years of experience in pharma pricing, OTC pricing, market access, commercial finance or business analytics – gained in an affiliate, regional, headquarter or consultancy setting.

• Demonstrated ability in pricing and analytics, understanding market dynamics, building business cases and managing gross-to-net (GtN).

• Strong project management, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

• Business acumen and a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to develop practical, compliant approaches for new and evolving business areas.

• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Useful, but not essential:
Experience working across multiple markets or in a regional or international organisation, and familiarity with the obesity or consumer health market.

What you’ll do
You will lead consumer access strategy for obesity across Business Area West, connecting pricing, market and financial insight with decision-ready recommendations. Your work will include:

• Drive obesity consumer access strategy and tactical plans across BA West, and present opportunities, business cases and recommendations to BA West leadership.

• Act as a consumer price specialist, assessing how Novo pricing affects consumer affordability, competitive positioning and access, and monitoring prices in the obesity market.

• Build robust business cases using demand, price, volume, consumer, channel and financial assumptions, clearly communicating risks and trade-offs.

• Lead GtN management in obesity, including scenario modelling, governance and reporting, in close alignment with Finance and Commercial.

• Support launch planning and lifecycle management by identifying affordability, copay, channel and consumer-support considerations, and manage partner business case development including price mandates.

• Build consumer access analytics, tools and capabilities across affiliates, and share insights, best practices and recommendations with stakeholders in a timely, compliant way.

Who you’ll work with
You will join the Market Access & Pricing team in Business Area West, which covers 11 European countries and 9 affiliates. and report to the Associate Director, Market Access & Pricing, BA West. Internally you will be the main point of contact for consumer access specialists across BA West affiliates and work closely with colleagues across the Novo organisation.

Your key partners include Market Access & Pricing colleagues at global, International Operations, regional and local levels, along with Commercial & Partnerships and Finance in BA West, the EUCAN deal development manager, affiliate teams and external partners. Based in Copenhagen, you will work across markets and functions, bringing perspectives together, creating clarity on priorities and helping teams move from insight to action.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,560.00 to 1,091,600.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
