Facility Manger

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and regional colleagues to ensure our facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in line with business needs. You'll take ownership of the Poland facilities portfolio while contributing to a collaborative, international team that supports great workplace experiences.

You'll be part of Facility Management Central Europe East where you, together with your colleagues, will support workplace and facilities operations across multiple countries in the region. Working closely with local stakeholders, service providers, and regional teams, you'll help deliver safe, sustainable, and efficient workplaces while ensuring consistent service quality, compliance, and operational excellence across our locations.

You'll play an important role in:

• acting as the primary facility manager for our Warsaw office and additional locations across Poland

• managing relationships with internal stakeholders and supporting a positive workplace experience for employees and visitors

• overseeing outsourced facilities management services and ensuring suppliers deliver against agreed service levels, contractual commitments, and performance targets

• monitoring operational performance, facility standards, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives

• managing facility-related budgets, supporting financial planning activities, and ensuring effective cost control

• driving health, safety, emergency preparedness, workplace projects, and operational improvements across the Polish portfolio.

To succeed in the role, you:

• have experience within facility management, workplace management, property management, or a related operational environment

• have experience managing vendors, suppliers, or outsourced service providers

• build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively across different organisational levels

• have experience managing budgets, monitoring costs, and supporting financial planning activities

• understand workplace health and safety requirements, compliance processes, and operational risk management

• work independently, take ownership of priorities, and deliver practical solutions in a dynamic environment.

Position salary range:
For this position, the expected base pay range is zl186,000.00- zl279,000.00 for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. Where applicable, you may also be eligible for variable payment and a comprehensive benefits package.
