GAME Tunisia is looking for MEAL & Employment Interns

We are looking for structured, curious and proactive students who can support GAME Tunisia with Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) while also contributing to our work supporting young people towards employment opportunities.

GAME uses street sports and street culture to create lasting social change for children and young people. We work across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, supporting young people to become active participants and positive changemakers in their communities.

We are looking for structured, curious and proactive students who can support GAME Tunisia with Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) while also contributing to our work supporting young people towards employment opportunities.

THE POSITION
As MEAL & Employment Intern, you will support GAME Tunisia in following the progress of young people participating in our programmes and understanding the results of our work.

This is a dynamic student role combining MEAL, beneficiary follow-up and employment support . You may help collect and validate project data, conduct data collection through phone calls and emails, follow up with young people after activities, support surveys and interviews, analyse results and help connect young people with relevant employment opportunities.

You will work closely with the GAME Tunisia team and particularly colleagues working with youth employment and project implementation. The role will vary depending on current projects and activities, and there will be room to learn, develop your skills and gradually take on more responsibility.

WE EXPECT THAT YOU

• Are currently studying a relevant field such as economics, business, social sciences, statistics, development studies, HR or another relevant discipline.

• Have an interest in data, monitoring and evaluation, youth employment or social impact.

• Are comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets and structured information.

• Have good Excel skills and an interest in learning more about data analysis and visualisation.

• Are organised and pay attention to detail.

• Are comfortable communicating directly with young people through phone calls, messages, interviews and meetings.

• Can communicate confidently in Tunisian Arabic and English.

• Are reliable and comfortable working independently on agreed tasks.

• Are curious and willing to ask questions when data or information does not make sense.

• Are interested in youth employment, entrepreneurship and the challenges young people face when entering the labour market.

Experience with data collection, surveys, Power BI or other data tools is an advantage, but not a requirement.

WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION
The position is approximately 15-20 hours per week and is designed to be combined with your studies.

Your primary workplace will be GAME Tunisia in Tunis , with flexibility in how the hours are organised around your studies and exams.

The position is for 8 months , starting on 1 st October 2026 .

Some flexibility may occasionally be required in connection with project activities, participant follow-up or events.
