UX Design Lead - IMPACT

ABOUT THE JOB
As a UX Design Lead at IMPACT, you play a key role in shaping the digital experiences, products, and platforms that define the future of commerce. Working closely with clients, strategists, designers, consultants, and engineers, you transform complex business challenges and customer needs into intuitive, value creating experiences that deliver measurable impact.

We are looking for someone who combines strong solution design craftsmanship with strategic thinking and enjoys exploring new opportunities, methodologies, and technologies to push experiences further. You are passionate about creating user experiences that deliver value for both users and businesses, and you thrive in collaborative environments where curiosity, quality, and continuous improvement are key. Beyond project delivery, you help strengthen UX as a discipline across IMPACT. You contribute to the direction of our UX practice, challenge existing ways of working, and help ensure we continue to raise the bar for what great digital experiences can be.

More specifically, your main responsibilities would be

• Drive user research and insight activities through qualitative and quantitative methods, ensuring concepts and solutions are continuously validated against real user needs.

• Facilitate workshops and design processes that align customer needs, business ambitions, and technological opportunities.

• Shape experience strategies and digital concepts that create measurable value for both users and businesses.

• Be curious and strive to innovate, always challenge the given solution.

• Translate complex business challenges into intuitive user journeys, information architectures, interaction patterns, and experience concepts.

• Design holistic and connected user experiences across digital touchpoints, including web, mobile, and applications.

• Create clarity in complexity through structured thinking, strong UX methodologies, and a systems oriented approach to design.

• Collaborate closely with consultants, designers, and engineers to ensure exceptional user experiences throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Contribute to the continued evolution of UX at IMPACT by strengthening methods, standards, and best practices across teams and projects.

• Stay curious about emerging technologies, customer behaviours, and industry developments, helping transform new opportunities into better experiences.

• Mentor colleagues and help strengthen UX capabilities across IMPACT.

YOUR PROFILE
UX Design Lead at IMPACT is not a role for someone who simply executes design. It is a role for someone who questions assumptions, elevates conversations, and inspires better outcomes.

Therefore, we imagine that you

• Have 8+ years of experience in UX design, preferably from an agency, consultancy, or digital product environment.

• Extensive experience with digital solution design across digital channels.

• Experience with user research, interaction design, prototyping and validation.

• Skilled at facilitating workshops and communicating design decisions to clients and stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of user-centred design, design thinking, and service design principles.

• Enjoy working across disciplines in agile teams.

• Have excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Are fluent in Danish and English.

Experience within digital commerce, e-commerce, or application design is considered an advantage.
