Are you a commercially driven leader who thrives on building strong partnerships and developing people?

As a Strategic Business Developer at Hilti, you will shape how we grow and collaborate with a portfolio of our most strategic customers in Denmark. This is a high-impact role where you combine business development, leadership, and strategic thinking to create long-term value for both our customers and Hilti.
You’ll lead an experienced team, work closely with senior decision-makers, and play a key role in positioning Hilti as a trusted partner on complex and large-scale projects.

What You'll do

• Drive and execute a clear strategy to grow key customer partnerships across Denmark
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and become a trusted advisor
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of experienced professionals with different specialisations
• Negotiate and shape complex agreements that create long-term customer value
• Identify new opportunities and expand collaboration across your customer portfolio
• Work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver impactful solutions

You’ll spend much of your time engaging with customers and your team, ensuring momentum, direction, and strong results.

• A strong track record in sales, business development, or commercial leadership
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisations
• A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, results-driven approach
• Curiosity and learning agility – you quickly understand new topics and translate them into business opportunities
• The ability to build trust, influence decisions, and create long-term partnerships

Experience from construction, industrial, or technical environments is a plus, but your commercial mindset and leadership capability are what matter most.
