Activities

Your focus areas
As Student Assistant you will assist our Communications & CSR Team in delivering an ambitious and busy communication agenda which supports TotalEnergies exploration and production operations in the Danish North Sea.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Manage our digital media assets and support on video and photo projects
• Regular updates of TEPDK’s internal channels i.e. Intranet and info screens
• Support the delivery of internal and external events
• Support with branding projects and manage company merchandise
• Manage invoicing and finances for the department
• Administrate communication planning and team meetings
• Ad-hoc contribution to tasks and projects to support the TEPDK Communications & CSR Team

Your working hours will be approximately 15-20 per week, with great flexibility in the planning, especially around your exam periods. You will be part of our Student Network where dedicated Student Assistants get together to boost personal and professional development and attend social events.

You will be reporting to our Communications Partner in the TotalEnergies EP Denmark (TEPDK) Communications & CSR Team. The team is part of the wider Danish Communications department which totals 12 dedicated colleagues divided between workplaces in Esbjerg and Copenhagen. The department is internationally diverse, and we provide a healthy and flexible working environment.

Your new workplace is our Esbjerg office at Britanniavej 10, 6710 Esbjerg.

Your profile
You are creative, known for quality of work, and attention to detail, combined with a personal drive and can-do attitude. You have a structured approach to your tasks and good project planning, event management, administrative and writing skills. Moreover, you have a strong desire to learn, develop and thrive on being challenged. We are looking for a strong team player with the ability to build relationships and work constructively with others to achieve business goals.

• You are currently studying at BSc or MSc level
• Your field of study has a connection to Business, Organizations, Communications or Journalism
• Experience in social media and Office 365 (i.e. PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Yammer, Forms) is beneficial
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
