Working in the Commercial B2C Function means creating and shaping the banking products and services our customers rely on. Purpose of the Job
to ensure customer and product data from digital channels is captured, structured and trusted

Responsibilities of the Job
- Own and maintain event-based measurement in GA4/Firebase, ensuring events and parameters meaningfully represent user behaviour.
- Build and maintain Dataform models to clean, structure and document GA4 datasets for repeatable analysis and BI use.
- Prepare analytical datasets that support funnel analysis, cohort analysis and attribution.
- Build and maintain BI dashboards and automated reports using Looker Studio, GA4 Explorations and BigQuery-based BI models.
- Apply BI and data modelling best practices so dashboards are accurate, explainable and decision-focused.
- Monitor and analyse digital KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, funnel progression).
- Proactively identify behavioural changes, performance trends and anomalies, explaining why they are happening.

Education Level
Bachelor's Degree

Experience/Demonstrated Competencies
3+ years of experience in digital analytics or online performance analysis

Language Competencies
'- Fluency in English - written and spoken

Knowledge required
Strong understanding of GA4/Firebase data models
Ability to interpret online journeys, funnels, drop-offs and conversion paths
Strong working knowledge of BigQuery and SQL
Experience using Dataform
Solid understanding of BI concepts, attribution models, UTMs, channel logic and campaign measurement.
Awareness of consent, privacy and regulatory effects on data completeness and interpretation.

Able to define what should be tracked to support meaningful analysis.
Able to communicate analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
