Your role and tasks
We are looking for a service-minded and structured Customer Support Specialist to support our customers within the wind industry. You will join ABB’s Electrification business and become part of an experienced team focused on delivering skilled customer service and ensuring a smooth order-to-delivery process.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for selected customers, handling inquiries, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as our RDC (Regional Distribution Centers) and ABB factories across the globe to ensure customers receive timely information and high-quality support.

Your key tasks will be:

• Providing information on products, pricing, and commercial agreements
• Informing customers about delivery times and order status
• Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
• Processing and maintaining orders and customer data in SAP and other systems
• Coordinating with RDC and ABB factories to secure on-time deliveries
• Handling delivery deviations and keeping customers informed
• Supporting forecasting activities and reporting processes

Qualifications for the role

• Experience in customer service, order management, sales support, or a logistics-related position
• Customer-focused service mindset with a genuine interest in creating positive customer experiences
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks on your own
• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills across functions and locations
• An all-around team player who focuses on knowledge sharing, colleague support and team success
• Professional communication skills in both Danish and English, written and spoken

You will be based at our office in Ballerup, alongside your closest colleagues. In addition, we offer the possibility of working from home a few days a week.
