We're building something different: an in-house production engine that ships high-performing ad creatives weekly, tests fast, learns fast, and scales into four new markets this year. Editing for ads is different than editing any other type of content. Needs to be simple, direct, fast. Every edit has a job to do. If it doesn't stop the scroll, it didn't work. All Gravy is the frontline operating system. One platform for everything from comms to learning to handbooks and checklists, with built-in AI. Think WhatsApp meets Duolingo meets Claude for frontline workers. Used daily by brands like GAIL's, Dishoom, 7-Eleven, and Honest Burgers. We're growing 3x year-over-year, backed by Moonfire, Scale Capital, and operators who've built billion-dollar companies. We just closed fresh funding. 🎯 THE ROLE

You'll be joining the Marketing team, as the founding editor of what we think of as an internal production house - working alongside our Video Producer to build best-in-class video ads. What you own:

• Delivering 3-5 video ad creatives per week (20-45 seconds each)
• Motion graphics/animation that elevates the work
• Editing with performance in mind: hooks, pacing, retention - not just aesthetics
• Staying ahead of what's working across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube - and bringing those learnings into every edit
• Developing our AI-powered editing- and animation skills

🧠 WHAT YOU'LL BUILD

• A repeatable creative production system that ships fast
• A library of motion graphics templates and reusable assets that speed up every future project
• An editorial instinct developed on converting ads - not just good looking ones
• A workflow supercharged by AI tools, so we can do more with less and move at startup speed

👋 YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU

• Have 3+ years of professional video editing experience, with strong motion graphics chops
• Understand the playing field of the one-second economy [ You edit for the first frame, the hook, the conversion
• Are faster than you are perfectionist. Speed and "good enough" beats slow perfection every time
• Watch more editing tutorials than Netflix. You're on YouTube learning new AI tools before your friends have even heard of them
• Think in platforms. What works on TikTok is not what works on YouTube - and you know exactly why
• Care more about impact than applause. You want your work to perform, to move the needle for All Gravy, to contribute to building a big company (not just to look great in a portfolio)
• Speak and write excellent English - we're scaling across the UK, Nordics, and beyond
