Vestas Power Solutions (VPS) is where new product ideas are developed, matured, improved, and tested. Within Vestas Power Solutions (VPS), you'll find our team Applications, Controls & Electrical.
You will be joining forces with a fantastic team of committed colleagues and be involved in many important and administrative tasks. Our team consists of more than 700 people in mainly three locations Denmark, Portugal, and India.

Responsibilities
We are searching for an experienced and proactive student worker with experience working in an office environment to support us with:

Planning and organizing internal meetings, workshops, and events
Handling internal communication tasks like updating SharePoint, drafting articles, and documenting processes to support our communication strategy
Undertaking ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications
To qualify for the position, you are:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in Communications, Administration, or related fields, with at least one year of academic study remaining
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
Demonstrated initiative and a willingness to handle challenges with a positive and collaborative attitude
Fluent in both spoken and written English

Good communication abilities and a quick learning aptitude, prioritizing clear and structured communication
Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in collaborating within an international team environment
Good coordination and organizational capabilities

Additional information
Your work location will be at our office located in Aarhus, Denmark.
You will be expected to work 15-25 hours per week.
