THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a talented Fundraising Coordinator to join our Commercial Team . We will soon be seeking funding to take Hyme past our final technical demonstration and to commercial stage. As an individual possessing robust stakeholder management and communication abilities, or perhaps as a seasoned professional in venture capital, corporate finance and analysis, you will assume a pivotal role in driving our fundraising endeavours forward.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Co-leading fundraises: as part of our fundraising tasks force you will be working closely with our CEO and CCO and other members of the leadership team to support our fundraising efforts.
Fundraising strategy: analyse and further develop our fundraising strategy.
Manage investor relations: including maintaining relationships with existing investors.
Data management: together with our legal team you will manage our data room, including the preparation and updating of investment materials.
Fundraising activities: coordinate fundraising activities, such as meetings, investor calls and others.
Business development: support business development team’s strategic decision making by conducting sales and market research.

PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES

Educational foundation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
Proven experience: you bring at least 2 years of full-time experience in relevant field – whether it’s fundraising, communication and project management, venture capital or similar.
Communication skills: your written and verbal communication skills are outstanding, and you know how to effectively convey information with PowerPoint.
Project management : you have theoretical and practical skills in o rganizational and project management.
Finance and investment knowledge : you have u nderstanding of financial concepts and investment principles.
Stakeholder management: you possess excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
