Vil du være med til at hjælpe danske skoler godt i gang med software, der får hverdagen til at hænge sammen? Docendo leverer software til danske grundskoler, som bruges til skemalægning, vikardækning og adskillige andre administrative opgaver og pædagogiske formål. Flere og flere skoler og kommuner vælger vores løsning, og derfor udvider vi nu vores Customer Success-team. Som Customer Success Manager bliver du en af de første, som vores kunder møder. Du får ansvaret for at hjælpe nye skoler godt i gang med Docendo, følge dem sikkert gennem implementeringen og sikre, at de får størst muligt udbytte af Docendo. Samtidig bliver du en vigtig sparringspartner for vores eksisterende kunder og en del af vores supportteam.
DIN ROLLE HOS OS
Du får ansvaret for, at nye skoler kommer godt i gang med Docendo. Du planlægger implementeringen, holder den løbende dialog med skolerne og følger op, så de får en tryg og god start. Samtidig hjælper du eksisterende kunder med spørgsmål, support og sparring i hverdagen. Stillingen byder på en god variation mellem kontorarbejde og tid ude hos kunderne. De fleste dage arbejder du fra vores kontor på Frederiksberg, men du kommer også til at besøge skoler, hvor du afholder opstartsmøder og workshops. Hvis du trives med både fordybelse, kundekontakt og en arbejdsdag, der ikke altid ser ens ud, vil du passe godt ind hos os. Du kommer blandt andet til at arbejde med:- Planlægning og koordinering af opstart af nye skoler
- Onboarding og løbende dialog med kunder
- Afholdelse af opstartsmøder, workshops og undervisning på skoler
- Opfølgning på implementeringer og sikring af en god kundeoplevelse
- Support (chat/telefon)
- Fejlsøgning og sparring med udviklingsteamet om kundernes ønsker og udfordringer
- Test af nye funktioner, inden de frigives til kunderne
- Udarbejdelse af vejledninger, hjælpetekster og undervisningsmateriale

Måske arbejder du i dag på en skole og har lyst til at prøve kræfter med software. Måske sidder du i en support- eller Customer Success-rolle og savner tættere relationer til kunderne. Eller måske kommer du fra en helt tredje branche, men trives med at skabe struktur, løse problemer og hjælpe mennesker med at lykkes med software. - Er god til at forklare komplekse ting på en forståelig og praksisnær måde

Vi udvikler vores løsninger i tæt dialog med skolerne, og den viden, du får i kontakten med skolerne, bliver en vigtig del af vores videre produktudvikling.
