Turi patirties ekspedicijoje, savo klientų ar vežėjų tinklą ir nori dirbti taip, kad tavo rezultatai kurtų naudą pirmiausia tau pačiam?
UAB „Cargo Caravan“ kviečia prisijungti patyrusį ekspedicijos specialistą, kuris vertina savarankiškumą, atsakomybę ir galimybę uždirbti pagal realiai sukurtą vertę.

• Atlygį, priklausantį nuo tavo rezultatų - 50 % įmonei uždirbto grynojo pelno .
• Greitus atsiskaitymus vežėjams, padedančius išlaikyti konkurencinį pranašumą rinkoje.
• Visišką laisvę organizuoti savo darbą ir priimti sprendimus.
• Galimybę dirbti nuotoliniu būdu arba mišriu principu.
• Įmonės infrastruktūrą, finansinius ir administracinius resursus tavo veiklai plėtoti.
• Partnerystę, paremtą pasitikėjimu, o ne pertekliniu kontroliavimu.
TIKIMĖS, KAD TU:
• Turi ne mažesnę nei 1-2 metų darbo patirtį ekspedicijos srityje.
• Turi savo klientų ir (arba) vežėjų tinklą.
• Gebi savarankiškai organizuoti krovinių pervežimus ir valdyti visą procesą.
• Gerai kalbi anglų kalba (kitų užsienio kalbų mokėjimas - privalumas).
• Esi orientuotas į rezultatą, atsakingas ir iniciatyvus.
• Turi puikius bendravimo bei derybinius įgūdžius.
