As Financial Administrator at Nutrimin A/S in Ans, you will play an important role in our day-to-day finance operations and collaborate closely with colleagues across the business.

You will be responsible for a broad range of practical finance tasks, from customer and supplier administration to bookkeeping, payments, reconciliations and reporting. The position is well suited to someone who enjoys combining accuracy and follow-through with helpful service to internal and external stakeholders. Own your impact. Own your development. What you’ll do

• Posting of supplier invoices and creation of new suppliers.

• Review customer accounts and place customers on credit hold twice daily when required.

• Create customer invoices and help ensure correct and timely bookkeeping.

• Post payroll and complete relevant reconciliations.

• Reconcile employee expenses, Mastercard transactions and related accounts.

• Prepare bank payments.

• Prepare reclassifications and other accounting adjustments.

• Support liquidity management and foreign-exchange risk hedging.

• Contribute financial input to business cases, business development and strategy work.

• Dunning procedure and follow-up on overdue payments

• Customer credit assessment

• Intrastat reporting

Who we’re looking for

• A relevant education in finance, accounting or business administration, combined with at least +5 years practical experience from a similar finance role.

• Practical experience with ERP systems

• Good understanding of bookkeeping, invoicing, payments, reconciliations and general financial administration.

• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to recurring deadlines and operational tasks.

• The ability to work independently, follow up on outstanding items

• A service-minded and collaborative approach when working with customers, suppliers and colleagues.

• Good communication skills in Danish and English.

About Nutrimin A/S
Since 2012, Nutrimin A/S has produced mineral blends for agriculture. Our core expertise is mineral blends for cattle, poultry and pigs, as well as concentrates and specialized feed for piglets, including solutions for organic farming. Today, Nutrimin A/S has 65 employees, all based at our site in Ans, Central Denmark.
