Personal Assistant to CFO

Then you may be the person we’re looking for to support BESTSELLER’s CFO, while the current Personal Assistant is on maternity leave.

YOUR TEAM
You will join BESTSELLER’s global Finance organisation and work closely with our CFO, Finance leadership and key stakeholders across our headquarters, country Finance teams and Finance hubs.
Our Finance organisation connects colleagues and business areas across countries and time zones. You will become part of an international environment where collaboration, high standards and a strong understanding of the business go hand in hand.

YOUR ROLE
As Personal Assistant to the CFO, you will play an important role in making a busy and varied agenda work. You will create structure around priorities, stay ahead of deadlines and make sure meetings, activities and follow-ups are handled professionally and efficiently.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing and prioritising the CFO’s calendar in line with business priorities
• Coordinating meetings and travel across functions, countries and time zones
• Preparing agendas, presentations, meeting materials and documentation
• Keeping track of deadlines, actions and deliverables and ensuring consistent follow-up
• Supporting coordination and communication between the CFO, Finance leadership and key stakeholders
• Internal communication, including newsletters, updates on our Finance department site and communication for Town Halls
• Handling administrative tasks and confidential information with a high level of accuracy and discretion.

YOUR PROFILE
You are structured, proactive and highly professional in the way you work. You bring sound judgement to your responsibilities and remain composed when priorities change or several things require your attention at once. You naturally take ownership, work independently and approach colleagues and stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.

We imagine that you:

• Bring relevant experience from a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally supporting senior leadership
• Have experience managing complex calendars, meeting coordination and travel planning
• Are skilled in preparing presentations, meeting materials and other professional documentation
• Have experience coordinating and following up with stakeholders across different functions and levels of an organisation
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and spoken English and Danish
• Are confident using the digital tools needed to manage planning, communication and administrative tasks efficiently.

TERMS: The position is a maternity cover for a duration of one year with an expected start mid-October 2026.
