About the role

In the role as Partner Manager, you’ll help build and grow relationships with our publishers - the content creators, websites, and platforms that promote Adtraction’s advertisers. Your work will contribute to maximizing partner-driven growth and expanding managed gross profit, by understanding their needs, suggesting innovative ideas, and making sure working with Adtraction brings real value to both sides. You’ll also collaborate closely with our Account Managers to create long-term success for both publishers and advertisers.

In a Senior Partner Manager role, you will also develop local ways of working and partnership strategies together with the Country Manager, while supporting and mentoring more junior colleagues on the team.

What you’ll do

• Identify, onboard, and actively engage new publishers and content creators to drive results on the platform.
• Build long-term trust through regular communication, face-to-face meetings, and by representing Adtraction at industry events.
• Track partner activity and interactions using core systems (e.g., Salesforce, internal AI tool) to analyze data, resolve issues quickly, and provide strategic insights that help publishers optimize and scale their traffic.
• Plan and execute extra promotional activities and seasonal e-commerce initiatives (e.g., Black Week and Christmas shopping).
• Handle partnership terms and commercial agreements to ensure fair, mutually beneficial, and sustainable growth.
• Develop local market strategies for partners together with the Country Manager, and support, coach, and mentor junior colleagues on the team.

What you bring

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, paired with deep knowledge of the industry.
• An established network of strong, existing partner and publisher relationships.
• A proactive, confident, and self-sufficient personality with the drive to take initiative and work independently.
• An enthusiasm for networking, with a clear willingness to travel and attend industry events or face-to-face partner meetings.
• Comfort and experience in working with technical tools, including CRM systems (like Salesforce), internal AI applications, and affiliate tracking platforms.
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
