IT Procurement Manager

As IT Procurement Manager, you decide how we source, negotiate and manage the technology behind that landscape. You ensure we choose the right partners, build strong commercial agreements and invest in solutions that continue to support the business as it grows and evolves.

Some of the most important technology decisions happen long before a system goes live. That's where you come in.

DIVE INTO WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY TASKS WILL BE
Some days you'll lead a sourcing process for a new SaaS platform. Other days you'll renegotiate a cloud agreement, challenge an existing supplier or help the business make the right long-term technology investment. Whatever the task, your role is the same: making sure our technology partnerships continue to support the business as it evolves.

Your mission is to:

• Develop sourcing strategies and lead procurement processes for cloud services, hosting agreements, SaaS solutions and other strategic technology investments

• Negotiate technology contracts and build supplier partnerships that improve vendor performance, service quality and commercial outcomes throughout the contract lifecycle

• Drive contract governance, supplier performance and total cost of ownership across our technology portfolio

• Work with stakeholders across Technology and the business to make informed sourcing decisions while managing commercial, operational and regulatory risk

• Support vendor management, contract renewals and supplier risk assessments that strengthen compliance with standards such as NIS2, GDPR and ISO 27001

You know how to combine commercial thinking with technology understanding. You enjoy working with complex supplier landscapes, negotiating strong agreements and creating structure in processes where cost, risk, quality and long-term value all matter.

We imagine that you bring:

• 5+ years of experience within IT procurement, vendor management or strategic sourcing, ideally from the energy, finance or trading sector

• A relevant degree within Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology or a related field

• Experience leading procurement processes for cloud services, hosting agreements, SaaS solutions and other technology contracts

• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing commercial agreements with software vendors and technology partners

• Experience balancing supplier performance, commercial value, risk and total cost of ownership (TCO)

Knowledge of NIS2, GDPR, ISO 27001 or vendor risk assessments is an advantage.

Certifications such as CPSM, ITIL Foundation, PRINCE2 or experience working in Agile environments are a plus.

This role is based at our Aarhus office, with flexibility to work from home when it fits in.
