Build the foundation for digitalization within HR in ABENA
The purpose of your role as Global HRIS Lead is to build the digital HR foundation that supports ABENA's strategy of digitalizing, scaling, and globalizing HR. Over time, you will establish global standards for people data, reporting and core HR processes – giving the business better insights and a stronger basis for decision-making.

A key priority in your role will be to lead the selection of ABENA’s future global HCM platform and act as the HR business lead throughout the implementation. Working closely with the HR Director and senior leaders, you will design robust HR processes and data standards. Success in the role requires a pragmatic and hands-on approach, balancing global standards with local business needs.

While a number of important building blocks are already in place, including global job architecture, this is not a finished framework. There is still a need to align processes, anchor governance, establish global standards, and design truly global processes. We are looking for someone who is motivated by creating a structure where not everything has been defined yet.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead the selection and support the implementation of ABENA’s future global HCM platform as HR business lead
• Establish and own global HR master data, including governance, data quality and job architecture
• Design and standardize core HR processes into scalable system-supported flows
• Act as the link between HR, IT and external vendors, aligning needs and driving decisions
• Enable HR colleagues through training, onboarding and ongoing support in using the system and processes
• Transform HR data into actionable insights through workforce analytics, reporting, and key metrics that support business performance and decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvements in data quality, reporting, and automation to support better decision-making

What we hope you bring:

• Experience implementing a HCM/HRIS platform is a requirement
• Solid understanding of HR processes and employee data structures, combined with strong system and data discipline and knowledge of HR best practices, and governance
• Experience working across HR, IT and external vendors, building strong collaboration and delivering practical solutions in an international context
• A structured, pragmatic approach and comfort working in an environment where things are not yet defined
• Motivation to build, improve and challenge how HR works – not just maintain it
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
