Unsere Arbeitsschwerpunkte liegen im Bereich des Vertriebs, der Ingenieur-Dienstleistungen und des Service für ozeanographische, marine-geophysikalische und hydrographische Messinstrumente und Systeme. Darüber hinaus bieten wir Beratungsleistungen zu messtechnischen Applikationen im meerestechnischen Umfeld in Kiel an.
Für unseren Vertrieb in Kiel suchen wir in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (35 – 38Std/Woche) eine/n
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Erstellung von Angeboten und deren Verfolgung
- Auftragserfassung und -bearbeitung
- Verwaltung von Angeboten, Aufträgen, Rechnungen im ERP
- Terminklärung & Koordination
- Pflege von Stammdaten und Preislisten
- Buchungen von Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen
Onboarding inklusive: eine ausführliche und kollegiale Einarbeitung in die Aufgabengebiete erfolgt. (Unser ERP System ist MS Dynamics Business Central)
Ihr Profil:
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und erste fachspezifische Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld
- Der Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen und ERP-Systemen ist Ihnen vertraut
- Sie kommunizieren sicher in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Ihr freundliches und verbindliches Auftreten, Ihre Kommunikationsstärke und Ihr Teamgeist zeichnen Sie aus
- Engagement und Eigeninitiative verbunden mit selbständigem Denken und die Fähigkeit Zusammenhänge zu erkennen
- Eine zuverlässige, strukturierte und schnelle Arbeitsweise
