CUSTOMER SUCCESS ASSISTANT (PART-TIME) IN AARHUS

Do you want to be part of a fast-growing tech startup where you get responsibility from day one? We're looking for a tech-savvy Customer Success Assistant ready to join us part-time, starting 1 September 2026. At Karla, we're currently 18 employees split between our development team in Copenhagen and our commercial department in Aarhus. We already work with a wide range of customers across industries, including Sunset, Arla, Bones, Tivoli Friheden and Visit Aarhus, just to name a few. As a Customer Success Assistant, you'll become a key part of our growth journey. You'll work closely with our commercial team in Aarhus, helping our customers get the most out of Karla. Since our product is built on our own AI and RAG technology, you'll need a solid technical understanding to guide customers through setup, configuration and troubleshooting. We expect you to be available minimum two days a week, within the hours of 8:00 to 16:00.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • We love flexibility, but we also value in-person collaboration. Therefore, we expect you to work from our Aarhus office twice a week.
  • You must be able to speak danish

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Your tasks include, but are not limited to:
  • Technical onboarding: Helping new customers configure and set up Karla, and guiding them through the more technical parts of the platform.
  • Customer support: Assisting customers with their questions, including technical ones, and making sure they have a great experience with Karla.
  • Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues, and working with our development team when deeper technical input is needed.
  • Relationship building: Maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with our existing customers.
  • Feedback loop: Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with the team to help improve our product.

WE IMAGINE THAT YOU HAVE

  • A genuine technical understanding and the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms
  • Comfort working hands-on with software, configurations and integrations (experience with APIs, AI tools or similar is a plus)
  • A strong sense of ownership, where you take responsibility for your customers and their support rather than just handling tickets
  • Danish as your native language and strong English skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple way
  • A self-driven and proactive approach, with the drive to take ownership of your own tasks
  • Ideally some previous experience with customer service, success or technical support
  • And preferably a good sense of humor

A BIG PLUS

Since we're expanding across the Nordics, speaking Swedish or Norwegian is a big plus.
