Do you want to be the right hand of the CEO , with overall responsibility for sales performance and lead generation across an international group? And do you want to be a close sparring partner for both the CEO and the private equity owner while the company sets out to more than triple in size?

As Head of Growth you take on a central, high-impact role, where you lead sales teams and inside sales teams together with the country heads. You will own the full lead life cycle: you build and run performance management across the funnel (lead generation, MQLs, SQLs and conversion) and you are also accountable for generating MQLs and SQLs, as the Lead Generation Manager reports directly to you. You measure the effectiveness of marketing, inside sales and sales through pipeline reporting against budget at group, country and individual level.

The role is international and requires a presence within the EU. The location is flexible within Denmark.

Reporting to the Group CEO, your responsibilities will include:

• Own lead generation: lead and develop the Lead Generation Manager and be accountable for the volume and quality of MQLs and SQLs delivered to the sales teams

• Adapt, refine and align the sales funnel and sales process across business units, enabling best-practice sharing and sales problem-solving (knowledge of HubSpot and sales operations is a benefit)

• Drive sales team performance by instilling a culture of accountability, motivation and resilience, and by challenging the teams to achieve more

• Test new sales approaches, refine pitches and explore new methods

• Build a high-performing sales culture and develop the company’s sales playbook, including training, motivation and team development

• Scale sales strategies across multiple European markets and roll out a consistent playbook while allowing for local differences

• Act as a close sparring partner to the CEO and the private equity owner, including performance reporting and follow-up

To succeed in the role , you have 5–15 years of sales experience as both a sales rep and a sales manager, ideally in B2B SaaS or SME-focused sales. You are a high-energy, hands-on, front-line leader who thrives in high-growth environments and who regularly motivates, coaches and develops sales teams to top performance. You are comfortable with modern sales tools and can work across many stakeholders, including a private equity owner. You are fluent in English, and German is an advantage.

You are highly analytical and performance-driven, curious, and thorough when it comes to process and detail. You are known for your energy, your ability to bring people with you and your willingness to stand your ground.
