To support this journey, we are looking for an experienced Procurement Category Manager, Marketing & Digital to take ownership of one of ECCO's most visible and business-critical indirect spend categories.

This is a unique opportunity to join at a time where Marketing & Digital Procurement is receiving increased strategic attention, with new global initiatives, greater centralization of marketing activities, an increased focus on global campaign execution, and growing investments across media and digital channels.

You will have significant influence on category direction, supplier strategies, and ways of working, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Digital Commerce, Finance, Legal, and Procurement.

Drive strategy and create value
As Procurement Category Manager, Marketing & Digital, you will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies, leading sourcing initiatives, and managing supplier partnerships across a diverse portfolio of Marketing and Digital spend categories.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing global category strategies that support business objectives and drive long-term value.
• Leading sourcing projects, supplier selection processes, and commercial negotiations across Marketing and Digital categories.
• Building strong partnerships with stakeholders and suppliers while driving supplier performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Identifying opportunities for commercial optimization, risk mitigation, and procurement best practices through market insights and category expertise.
• Contributing to the continued development of ECCO's global Procurement organization and operating model.
• Category activities may include areas such as media agencies, measurement agencies, creative agencies, digital marketing services, marketing production, content development, events, sponsorships, and strategic marketing partnerships.

Bring your commercial mindset and relationship-building skills
We imagine that you are an experienced procurement or category management professional who enjoys working in a global environment and partnering closely with business stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you likely bring:

• Experience within Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or a similar commercial role.
• Proven experience leading supplier negotiations and sourcing initiatives, ideally within Marketing, Digital, Media, or related categories.
• Strong commercial acumen and a value-focused mindset.
• Experience building and managing supplier relationships.
• The ability to challenge and influence stakeholders constructively.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, structured, and results-oriented approach.
• The ability to navigate complexity and drive progress in a global matrix organization
• Professional proficiency in English.
