Hello Retail is hiring a Partner Growth Manager for the Nordics. The job is to win new customers and expand accounts with and through our partners. You work inside partner customer bases, turn shared accounts into real conversations, and take deals to signature together with the partner, alongside an Account Executive.

What you will work on

• Own a named portfolio of Nordic partners: Ecommerce platforms, agencies, system integrators and Klaviyo partner agencies. You are their commercial counterpart and the person they call.
• Build the account plan for each partner. Map shared and adjacent customers, agree with the partner on who to approach, and run the outreach together.
• Take partner-sourced deals from first conversation to signature. You close on your own when the deal can be managed by the partner, but mostly you work together with Account Executives.
• Reactivate partners who share many customers with us but have not introduced a new one in a while.
• Bring on new partners where our base is thin. Sign them, get them onboarded, and land the first joint customer early in the relationship.
• Introduce Product Agents to agency and marketing-automation partners, and bring full-service partners onto the rest of the platform.

Who we are looking for

• Closed new business through partners before: In partner sales, channel sales or a role where partners were your main route to customers, in SaaS, ecommerce technology or an agency selling technology.
• Genuinely comfortable in SaaS or ecommerce technology: You can hold your own in a product conversation with a partner’s technical team.
• Comfortable co-owning and supporting the whole deal: Discovery, business case, negotiation and signature.
• You build trust with partner leadership and their teams, and you can show a partner where the money is for them as clearly as for us.
• Native-level Danish, Swedish or Norwegian, and stellar written and spoken English.
• You start conversations yourself and keep them moving, on the phone, on site and in writing.
• You keep your own house in order: Clean CRM, honest forecasts, clear next steps.
• Based in Denmark or Southern Sweden, in our Copenhagen office regularly, and happy to travel across the Nordics.
• You may have done this for five years or fifteen. We do not require a specific education, certification or number of years. Results and judgment count.
