Are you fluent in Danish and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Join Mercedes as a Customer Care Representative and be part of a global premium brand while living on the beautiful island of Crete .
In this role, you’ll support Mercedes customers, handling inquiries related to vehicles, services, and accounts via phone, email, and chat , ensuring a world-class customer experience.
This is a unique opportunity to combine career growth with life in one of Greece’s most stunning locations.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist Danish-speaking customers with inquiries about vehicles, services, and accounts
- Handle interactions via phone, chat, and email professionally and efficiently
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate solutions
- Maintain high standards of service quality and follow internal procedures
- Participate in paid training and onboarding before starting full production
- Work on-site in Crete and adapt to flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
Requirements
- Fluent Danish (spoken and written, near-native level preferred)
- Good English skills (B2)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and computer literacy (Windows, MS Office, online tools)
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Flexible and willing to work late shifts or weekends
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Interest in cars, premium brands, or automotive services is a bonus
