Join our Customer Identity Platform team, where we enable secure and compliant access to our banking services and make it easy for customers to identify themselves with confidence.

We are now looking for a Senior Software engineer who thrives on complex challenges and wants to play a key role in building and scaling our AML/KYC (Anti-Money Laundering / Know Your Customer) platform.

Get an idea of the role
?? Be part of an agile team that values accelerated development, quality, fast feedback, and continuous improvement

?? Design, build, and optimize scalable APIs using modern AWS services and cloud-native technologies

?? Extensive daily use of AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. Claude code, Cursor, Copilot) for accelerated delivery and evaluating correctness and security before shipping.

?? Extensive knowledge in backend development, using Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, Postgres db / Mongodb, Kafka, GitHub, Elastic and AWS

?? Understand and work with data lineage, data lake and data pipeline orchestration tools like Dagster.

??? Contribute to architectural solutions and can describe complex features and/or systems in detail and are able to communicate technical information effectively (written and verbal).

?? Collaborate with product owners, architects and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements and deliver secure and compliant services

?Senior Software Engineer with solid experience shipping to production.

? Comfortable working in a complex, fast-moving area where the right answer is not known yet.

? Can explain technical work clearly to non-engineers and pair productively with engineers across teams.

? Advocate best practices in engineering and observability.
