Security Operations Engineer & Analyst

Genmab seeks a Security Operations Engineer & Analyst to design and implement AI-based solutions for security incident detection, threat management, and operational automation. The role combines security operations expertise with machine learning implementation to enhance team capabilities and defend against advanced threats.
Responsibilities
- Design ML and AI use cases tailored to security operations workflows and threat detection
- Implement data ingestion pipelines and normalization processes for security platforms
- Develop and evaluate AI-assisted toolkits for incident investigation and alert enrichment
- Participate in rotational security incident handling and response activities
- Establish autonomy criteria and governance frameworks for AI-driven security workflows
Requirements
- Experience designing and implementing machine learning or AI solutions in security contexts
- Proficiency in data ingestion, normalization, and security data analytics
- Strong knowledge of security operations, incident response, and threat intelligence workflows
- Ability to collaborate across security teams (application, architecture, AI security)
- Experience with security automation tools and orchestration platforms
- Understanding of large language models and agentic AI systems
Compensation: DKK 652,800–979,200 base annually
