Here, you'll work closely with colleagues across functions and markets, helping turn commercial priorities into actions that support sales and create results.

A CENTRAL ROLE IN SALES

You will become part of a dynamic Sales team of around 40 skilled and dedicated colleagues. Together, we work closely across roles and markets to reach our common goals. Collaboration, knowledge sharing and strong relationships are at the heart of how we work. YOUR ROLE

As Country Sales Responsible, you will support and drive sales performance across the Netherlands, Australia and Canada. Working closely with local sales teams, you will help ensure that commercial priorities are translated into action across your markets. Through strong market insights, structured follow-up and close collaboration, you'll help identify opportunities, solve challenges and strengthen the connection between the markets and our headquarters. Your areas of responsibility include:

• Supporting, following up on and driving sales performance across your markets
• Identifying opportunities, risks and performance gaps and ensuring follow-through
• Building strong market insights through close dialogue with local sales teams
• Daily and weekly follow-up on sales figures, product performance and budgets
• Ensuring clear communication, alignment and collaboration between headquarters and the markets
• Participating in and supporting the collection process, including collection meetings and sales preparation.

YOUR PROFILE

You are commercially minded and motivated by creating results together with others. You enjoy building strong relationships across markets and functions, take ownership and know how to turn plans into action. At the same time, you thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities can change. You maintain a clear overview, communicate openly and are always looking for opportunities to improve the way we work. In addition, we’re looking for the following qualifications:

• Experience from a commercial sales role, preferably within the fashion industry
• Knowledge of wholesale and international markets
• Strong commercial understanding and experience working with sales figures, budgets and KPIs
• Experience working across cultures and building strong relationships
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
