Denne rolle vil være HSE-support til Service Offshore på Horns Rev 3 i Esbjerg, Danmark.
Ansvarsområder
Som HSE Coordinator er det din opgave at give Support til Horns Rev 3 Offshore Service-operationer, forbedring af sikkerhedsbevidsthed og daglige HSE-opgaver. Administration, udvikling, vedligeholdelse og kontrol af HSE SharePoint. Facilitere og koordinere en positiv sikkerhedskultur, HSE-kampagner og teamtræning. Dette indebærer også:
- Gennemgang og opdatering af HSE-dokumenter, bistand med risikovurdering og standardisering af vores arbejdsmetoder samt Miljørapportering, tilpasning, dataindsamling og rapportering for stedet
- Opfølgning på lokal lovgivning, AT love og regler (Red-online) og 3E kemikaliehåndtering.
- Support til og håndtering af farlige observationer, nærved-ulykker og registrering i vores hændelsessystem
- Support til audit forberedelse af interne og eksterne kundeaudits (ISO 45001)
- Medvirke ved nærved-hændelse undersøgelser og ulykkes-analyse
- Levere HSE-rapporter/statistikker med HSE-dataindsamling og input til månedlig statusgennemgang
- Støtte udrulning af HSE-kampagner og støtte realiseringen af den årlige HSE-handlingsplan
Kvalifikationer
Du har en HSE-profil og er interesseret i at blive en del af offshore vind industrien. Kommer du med en alternativ baggrund til nedstående, hører vi også gerne fra dig
- Har relevant uddannelse inden for sundhed og sikkerhed, miljø/bæredygtighed
- Har mindst 2 års erfaring fra en lignende HSE-rolle gerne inden for vindkraft/energi i onshore/offshore-miljøer
- Har erfaring med HSE-politikker, processer og ledelsessystemer
- Har gode IT-færdigheder, især Microsoft Office-applikationer, og evnen til hurtigt at sætte sig ind i nye systemer
- Har kendskab til risikovurderingspraksis, kemikaliehåndtering og implementering af passende kontrolprocesser

- Gode kommunikations- og faciliteringsevner over for alle relevante lokale interessenter
- Åben og transparent med evnen til at tage ejerskab og ansvar for opgaver
- Initiativrig og samarbejdsorienteret profil, der kan håndtere opgaver med begrænset supervision
- Struktureret arbejdsstil og evne til at prioritere og håndtere flere opgaver dagligt
- Kendskab til HSE-lovkrav i Danmark
- Behersker engelsk og dansk i skrift og tale
