Then you might be our new Performance Marketing Specialist!

As part of the department
EG Construction builds software for the construction industry. As Performance Marketing Specialist, you will own our lead engine across the Nordics and the UK, from paid media on LinkedIn, Google, YouTube and Meta to the landing pages and website journeys that turn visitors into leads. You will own the relationship with our digital marketing agency in Copenhagen and handle the day-to-day work.

You will join our Construction marketing team of around 10 people across Denmark, Norway and Finland, covering planning and content, digital marketing, events and partnerships, customer growth and lifecycle. We’re part of a wider marketing community of more than 30 marketers in EG, so you will have a bigger network of specialists to learn from.

You will work closely with content & planning, product and sales on messaging, creatives and formats. You will also build a close relationship with sales, so you know what happens to the leads once they come in. You will report to Kristoffer Ellebye Larsen, Marketing Director, Construction. The role is based in our new offices at Marmormolen in Nordhavn, Copenhagen, with hybrid working.

Your role: Own the Lead Engine

• Own paid media and lead generation across LinkedIn, Google, YouTube and Meta, and turn spend into qualified leads, pipeline and revenue.

• Own conversion on our websites and landing pages. Find where visitors drop off, test fixes and lift conversion rates.

• Make sure tracking and attribution hold up, so we can follow a lead from first click to closed deal.

• Run experiments across channels, creatives, targeting, landing pages and offers.

• Manage the relationship and daily work with our performance marketing agency in Copenhagen.

• Own budgets tied to growth targets and report clearly to marketing leadership, with numbers you can trust.

• Use AI and automation to scale campaigns, speed up testing and get qualified leads to sales faster.

You are the ideal candidate if you
We care more about what you can do than what your CV looks like. Here's what will set you up for success:

Must-have

• Have 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.

• Have deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, and a strong understanding of lead generation mechanics and marketing attribution.

• Have hands-on experience with conversion rate optimisation, A/B testing and tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

• Use AI actively in your daily work. You spot repetitive workflows and want to automate them Experience building your own AI skills or agents, for example with Claude, is a big plus.

• Are analytical and commercially minded. You think in pipeline, CAC efficiency and revenue contribution, and you look at the whole funnel, not just the channel.

• Are comfortable owning both strategy and execution, work independently in a structured way and have the drive to set the agenda.

• Speak and write English fluently. English is our working language, so you don't need to speak Danish to apply.

Nice to have

• Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce.

• Experience working with marketing agencies.

• Speak Danish or another Scandinavian language.
