Senior Global Market Access Manager (1-year maternity cover)

We are currently seeking a Senior Global Market Access Manager for a 1-year maternity cover in our Global Market Access & Public Affairs team. Market access and public affairs are critical to achieving ALK’s growth ambitions, ensuring that patients worldwide can access our innovative treatments at sustainable prices.

The position
As Senior Global Market Access Manager, you will play a key role in generating evidence and communication materials that demonstrate the value of ALK’s portfolio to payers globally.

Working closely with global colleagues, affiliates, and external partners, you will help ensure that patients have timely and affordable access to our products. The role includes responsibility for global value dossiers, health economic models, and scientific publications.

This position is offered as a fixed-term maternity cover (approximately 12 months) and is ideal for candidates who are motivated by delivering impact from day one in a dynamic, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage market access, HEOR, and real-world evidence (RWE) projects supporting ALK’s portfolio and broader disease areas.
• Develop and maintain global core value dossiers.
• Collaborate with local affiliates to optimise pricing and reimbursement.
• Contribute to global pricing activities.
• Engage with payers and HTA bodies.
• Lead or contribute to HEOR publications.
• Develop value communication strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed market access considerations into decision-making.

Your qualifications

• Degree in economics, health economics, medicine, pharmaceutical sciences, or related discipline.
• Experience in market access and/or health economics.
• Strong understanding of health economic methodologies.
• Knowledge of global reimbursement systems.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.

The team
You will join ALK’s Global Marketing organisation and report to the Senior Director of Global Market Access & Public Affairs.

The team is responsible for global pricing and reimbursement, including market access strategy, evidence generation, and development of global value dossiers and models.

The position is based at ALK headquarters in Hørsholm, Denmark.
