Sales Specialist, Proteomics Sciences - Denmark

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Sales Specialist to drive growth of the Olink Proteomics portfolio in the Copenhagen territory. The role combines prospecting and relationship development across academic, biotech, and pharma customers with scientific engagement and consultative selling.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across academia, biotech, pharma and other customer segments in Copenhagen territory
- Build and execute territory plans with focus on revenue targets and customer acquisition
- Spend approximately 50% of time meeting customers in the field
- Represent and sell the full Olink Proteomics portfolio to new and existing accounts
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including sales, applications, and marketing
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in life sciences, biotechnology, diagnostics, or related scientific field
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or equivalent discipline
- Track record of achieving challenging commercial sales targets
- Ability to engage researchers and key opinion leaders with scientific credibility
- Consultative selling approach with capacity to understand complex research questions
- Strong prospecting mentality with persistence and drive to develop new business
