Join Alouette as a sommelier and become part of a Michelin-starred team dedicated to purpose-driven hospitality, world-class dining, and deep product knowledge. We offer a 3.5-day workweek (Wednesday to Saturday, with Sunday to Tuesday off), a competitive salary based on experience, and tips split evenly across the team. You’ll have access to private health insurance, eligibility pension after one year, five weeks of paid vacation, and eligibility to apply for our biannual work and study grant.
