Program Manager, Lifecycle Management

We are looking for a program manager who will drive the successful execution of global OPS programs and lifecycle activities.

The role is responsible for ensuring end-to-end alignment across functions owning program governance within the stage gate model (O-milestones), while providing inputs for the S-gates. The role secures alignment with PLM processes and strategic milestones.

The position ensures that product introductions, changes, and phase outs are effectively planned, prioritized, and executed, with a strong focus on operational readiness, risk management, and timely delivery.

What you will do

• Drive planning and execution of global product launch programs within Operations.
• Own stage gate governance (O-milestones + input for S-gates), ensuring alignment, decision-making, and timely progression.
• Define and manage program timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across functions.
• Ensure clear and proactive communication, reporting, and escalation of risks, issues, and key decisions.
• Own and coordinate lifecycle activities, including product introductions, changes, and discontinuations.
• Drive cross-functional and cross-regional alignment on phase-in and phase-out plans, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal business disruption.
• Maintain visibility of the lifecycle portfolio and support prioritization of concurrent initiatives.
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks related to supply chain, production, and operational readiness.
• Drive and continuously improve lifecycle management processes across sites and brands, ensuring harmonized ways of working.
• Contribute to strengthening governance, transparency, and cross-functional collaboration within Lifecycle Management.

What you bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project / program management in a large production company.
• Self-driven with ability to run projects independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and other basic Microsoft tools.
• Practical experience with industries like medical devices, pharmaceuticals or electronics as well as functional experience in Supply Chain optimization.
