- Drive visual merchandising and brand presentation in collaboration with HQ
- Oversee stock management, store processes, and operational efficiency
- Expansion & Brand Activation
- Lead and execute new store openings
- Partner with PR and VM teams on events and brand activations
- Support market expansion and strengthen brand presence
- Proven leadership experience within fashion retail
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering results
- Skilled people leader with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Analytical and confident working with KPIs and performance management
- Hands-on, structured, and highly collaborative
