Retail & Expansion Manager

Retail & Expansion Manager We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Retail & Expansion Manager to lead retail performance, talent development, and store expansion across our markets. You will be responsible for driving commercial success, building high-performing teams, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the store network. With a strong leadership presence and hands-on approach, you will inspire teams, elevate the customer experience, and support envii’s continued growth. Based in Copenhagen, the role includes regular travel. Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Performance & Retail Development
• Drive sales performance and deliver KPIs across all store
• Analyze performance metrics and implement clear action plans
• Strengthen customer experience through service excellence, activations, and community engagement
• Identify growth opportunities and optimize retail execution across markets
• Leadership & Talent Development
• Recruit, develop, and coach Store Managers
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and results
• Strengthen leadership capabilities and create a strong talent pipeline
• Operations & Retail Excellence
• Ensure consistent operational excellence across all locations
• Drive visual merchandising and brand presentation in collaboration with HQ
• Oversee stock management, store processes, and operational efficiency
• Expansion & Brand Activation
• Lead and execute new store openings
• Partner with PR and VM teams on events and brand activations
• Support market expansion and strengthen brand presence

Your Profile

• Proven leadership experience within fashion retail
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering results
• Skilled people leader with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Analytical and confident working with KPIs and performance management
• Hands-on, structured, and highly collaborative
• Passionate about retail excellence, customer experience, and team development
• Flexible and motivated by working across multiple markets
