We are looking for a Payroll & HR Partner (Junior or Mid) to join our Talent Attraction & Payroll team in Warsaw.

This is a great opportunity for someone who may already have some experience in payroll, HR administration, or HR operations and is eager to develop further in a professional, supportive, and fast-changing environment. We are looking for a person who is highly structured, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering quality. Most importantly, you bring a positive mindset, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

You will join a team of four experienced Payroll & HR Partners who support the organization with payroll and HR administration. Together, we ensure smooth operations, data accuracy, compliance, and great employee experience.

This position is based in our friendly Warsaw office. We value collaboration and enjoy working together in person while also offering flexibility to work remotely up to eight days per month. You will report directly to Natalia Faccio.

Primary tasks and responsibilities:

• Support and perform HR administration activities (employment documentation, benefits, accounts and accesses etc.) together with the other team members
• Respond to questions from employees, managers, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and established processes
• Prepare reports, statistics, and data extracts, including support for audits
• Maintain and update employee data and organizational changes in our systems
• Contribute to improving data quality and operational excellence
• Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and ways of working

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Experience within payroll, HR administration, HR operations, or a similar area
• Educational background within HR, payroll, administration, law, or a related field (preferred)
• Interest in payroll processes, HR administration, and Polish labor law
• Be eager to learn, develop, and take ownership of your work
• Feel comfortable working with data, processes, and administrative tasks
