Beauty Advisor - NOOANCE Paris (Copenhagen)

We are now looking for an enthusiastic and professional Beauty Advisor / Brand Ambassador to represent NOOANCE at Sephora Posthus in Copenhagen .

About the role

As a Beauty Advisor / Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of NOOANCE in-store and play an important role in creating a premium customer experience. You will engage with customers, introduce them to the brand and demonstrate NOOANCE LED masks and skincare products.

You will work towards set KPIs, with a strong focus on sales, customer engagement and delivering a premium brand experience. During your shifts, you may also be asked to create photo and video content for NOOANCE’s social media channels.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in premium skincare, beauty or a similar field

• Has a genuine interest in skincare, beauty and innovation

• Has good knowledge of Sephora and its customer experience

• Feels confident demonstrating premium products and beauty technology

• Is professional, confident and sales-oriented in customer interactions

• Enjoys working towards clear sales targets and KPIs

• Is social, proactive and comfortable in front of the camera

• Is able to build trust with customers and adapt their communication to different customer needs

Onboarding:
8 September, 11:00–11:45, digital

Working hours – weeks 38–39:

• Wednesdays & Fridays: 12:00–18:00

• Saturdays: 11:00–18:00

Other information:

You will be employed by NRG Agency and work on assignment for our client, NOOANCE.
