Freelance Veeva Project Manager | Veeva Vault CRM | Pharma | Denmark (On-site/Hybrid)

Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a leading pharmaceutical client in scaling their EU commercial technology landscape. We are looking for an experienced Veeva Project Manager to lead a key implementation focused on extending their existing Veeva setup, with a strong emphasis on Event Management.
This is a critical role within a lean, fast-paced team where you will drive delivery end-to-end, working closely with business stakeholders, external partners, and technical teams. The environment is dynamic, with evolving priorities and a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

Must-Have

• 8-12+ years of experience in IT project delivery, with a strong focus on Veeva implementations
• Proven experience delivering Veeva Vault CRM projects (ideally including Event Management or extensions)
• Strong understanding of pharma commercial processes across EU markets
• Experience working in small, agile teams with high ownership and limited structure
• Ability to manage end-to-end project delivery without an existing PM function in place
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business, IT, and external partners
• Experience working with implementation partners and multi-vendor environments
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured delivery plans
• Strong communication skills in English

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Veeva ecosystem components (CRM, Events, integrations)
• Exposure to "as-a-service" delivery models
• Experience working across multi-country rollouts in Europe
• Prior experience in dynamic, fast-scaling organisations

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a Veeva Event Management extension project
• Own project planning, execution, governance, and delivery timelines
• Act as the key point of contact between business, IT, and external partners
• Ensure alignment across stakeholders and drive decision-making
• Facilitate workshops and gather requirements across business domains
• Oversee implementation quality and ensure best practices are followed
• Manage risks, dependencies, and project communication
• Contribute to shaping the broader CRM and commercial technology roadmap
