Your Role:
As a Danish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality service and ensuring a smooth and positive experience across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide clear, professional, and solution-oriented assistance
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Accurately document interactions and follow internal procedures
- Collaborate with an international team to maintain service excellence
What Were Looking For:
- Native or fluent Danish speaker
- Good level of English for internal communication
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required
