Join our dynamic Global Training Coordination Team as a Student Worker, where you will play a vital role in coordinating safety and technical training for technicians across Siemens Gamesa’s offshore locations worldwide. Imagine being at the heart of qualification management and training coordination, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. You will engage in monitoring information flows, maintaining training profiles, and providing essential support to the team. How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will monitor information flows and maintain both paper and electronic files to ensure smooth operations.
• You will keep training profiles accurate and up-to-date, contributing to effective training management.
• You will cover shared inboxes weekly, facilitating effective communication within the team.
• You will uphold confidentiality for all sensitive or proprietary information, safeguarding our operations.
• You will provide general support to the Training Coordination Team, contributing to our mission of excellence in training.

What You Bring

• You are currently enrolled in studies within HR, Business, Economics, or Engineering.
• A passion for renewable energy and a strong desire to lead change in the industry is essential.
• Being structured, diligent, and self-driven ensures you complete tasks efficiently.
• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with intercultural competencies.
• A positive can-do attitude and a collaborative spirit are key to being a successful team player.
• Familiarity with Office 365, especially Excel, along with a willingness to learn about qualification management and the training industry, is important.
