A glimpse into the role
As our Junior BI Analyst, you will be the responsible for delivering business intelligence support and analysis. You will work closely with colleagues across departments, helping them understand data, answer key business questions, and translate requirements into impactful Power BI solutions.

You will be part of a dedicated Finance & BI environment and collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders, contributing to the continued development of our DESMI Insights platform.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Running the BI support function : Act as the first point of contact for BI-related questions, supporting users and ensuring they get value from our data and reports
• Developing Power BI reports: Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable insights
• Delivering business analysis : Conduct thorough and structured analyses to support decision-making across the organization
• Translating business needs into data solutions : Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and turn them into scalable BI solutions
• Ensuring data quality: Validate and reconcile data to ensure consistency, reliability, and trust in reporting
• Supporting continuous improvement: Contribute to developing and optimizing our BI platform, data models, and reporting standards Your next opportunity starts here
  We are looking for a structured and curious analyst who enjoys diving into data and turning complexity into clarity. You are motivated by understanding the business behind the numbers and delivering insights that make a real impact. We also imagine that you:
  
• Hold a master’s degree in economics, business administration (e.g. Cand.merc), with a strong understanding of business strategy or performance management.
• Have a solid understanding of how data supports business decision-making, including financial and operational metrics
• Have experience with or a strong interest in Power BI both analysis and report development
• Are analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to perform thorough and well-documented analyses
• Are proactive and service-minded, enjoying close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization
• Communicate complex data insights in a clear and understandable way
• Have a structured approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership
