Om stillingen
Som Supply Chain Masterdata Coordinator bliver du en central nøglespiller i den daglige drift. Du får ansvaret for korrekt og struktureret masterdata, et solidt kost- og prisgrundlag samt koordinering på tværs af indkøb, lager, produktion, R&D, finans og salg.
Du refererer til Supply Chain Manager og har ingen personaleansvar, men arbejder tæt sammen med mange interessenter – både lokalt og internationalt i Puratos Group.
Dine primære ansvarsområder
Masterdata
- Daglig vedligeholdelse af stamdata i SAP
- Oprettelse og lukning af materialenumre efter gældende procedurer
- Vedligeholdelse af EAN‑koder og basis produktinformation
- Understøtte høj datakvalitet og konsistens på tværs af systemer
- Håndtering og opfølgning på returemballage
Prissætning og kostsupport
- Vedligeholdelse af kostpriser på råvarer, emballage og færdigvarer
- Support ved opdatering af BOM og ruter i samarbejde med Produktion og R&D
- Klargøring og vedligeholdelse af prislister
- Datamæssig support til Finans og Salg i relation til priser og omkostninger
Indkøb og koordinering
- Koordinering af emballageindkøb og leverancer
- Registrering og vedligeholdelse af emballagedata i SAP
- Oprettelse af NON‑PO for interne afdelinger
- Administrativ opfølgning på leverandører og transportører
Supply Chain support
- Dagligt samarbejde med lageret omkring returemballage
- Ad hoc administrativ support til Produktion og Supply Chain
- Samarbejde med R&D i forbindelse med nye og eksisterende produkter
Hvem er du?
- Du har en solid forståelse for Supply Chain‑ og indkøbsprocesser
- Du arbejder struktureret og analytisk og har øje for detaljen
- Du er serviceminded , samarbejdsorienteret og løsningsfokuseret
- Du har god forretningsforståelse og trives i et internationalt setup
- Du kan arbejde selvstændigt og prioritere i en kompleks hverdag
Dine kvalifikationer
- Erfaring: 1–2 års erfaring med masterdata eller andre Supply Chain‑funktioner
- Uddannelse: Business College, logistikassistent, indkøbsassistent, økonomiassistent eller tilsvarende
- IT: Erfaring med SAP er en klar fordel, og du arbejder rutineret på avanceret niveau i Excel
- Sprog: Flydende dansk og engelsk
