*Provide friendly and efficient non-technical troubleshooting;
*Guide users through basic digital product and service issues;
*Ensure a smooth customer experience with timely follow-ups;
*Escalate complex issues to higher support levels as needed;
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.Requirements:*Fluency in  Danish, plus very good English;
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
*Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude;
*Basic computer literacy and typing skills;
