Product Manager

Can you translate complex customer needs into value-creating and scalable solutions?
Eltwin is seeking a Product Manager who can combine technical understanding, commercial insight, and strong customer engagement.

You will act as the customer’s cross-functional solutions partner, playing a pivotal role in ensuring that the customer’s needs, business goals, and technical requirements are understood, challenged, and translated into a clear solution strategy.

Your primary task is to ensure that the customer and Eltwin align on the actual needs, a clear scope, and a shared direction for the solution.

Furthermore, you will identify the customer’s applications, business goals, technical needs, and decision criteria, translating these into customer insights, solution descriptions, and documentation covering needs, requirements, scope, and assumptions.

You will also facilitate co-creation and technical clarifications between the customer and Eltwin’s specialists in sales, development, project management, quality, and production, while supporting the sales team during the proposal and contract phases with solution descriptions, technical scoping, and risk assessments.

A key task will be to ensure that customer expectations, requirements, and priorities are clearly defined before solutions and projects are initiated.

Once a solution is ready, you will help ensure an effective handover to the project organization and subsequently monitor the customer experience and the solution’s value creation throughout development, implementation, and operation.

Your profile
You have a relevant technical background and experience from a customer-facing role, for example, in electronics, automation, technical sales, application engineering, product management, or industrial OEM projects.

You do not need to be a specialist in all of Eltwin’s technologies. What matters is your ability to:

• understand the customer’s application and ask the right questions
• combine technical insight with business acumen
• work in a structured manner regarding needs, requirements, scope, risks, and decisions
• drive progress across customers and internal specialist areas
• challenge customers and colleagues respectfully and constructively
• communicate professionally in Danish and English

Experience with power electronics, variable frequency drives, motor control, HVAC, or industrial OEM projects is an advantage.

The role requires a proactive, structured, and cross-disciplinary approach, where you must be able to understand, challenge, document, and deliver solutions that create value for both the customer and Eltwin.
