A Snapshot of Your Day
Join Siemens Energy as a Working Student in our Business Improvement and Strategic Projects team, where you will provide essential administrative and operational support for key projects and communication initiatives that drive efficiency and strategic alignment in offshore wind construction. In this role, you will assist project managers with documentation and tracking, as well as support the creation and distribution of internal communications to various stakeholders. This position offers you the opportunity to learn about project coordination, content management, and the renewable energy sector.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Communication: You will help improve internal communication approach with new ideas to lift it to the next level.
• Content Management: You will lead the creation and editing of internal communication materials, such as videos, newsletters, presentations, and intranet articles, ensuring that content is current and relevant.
• Workplace Tools: You will organize and maintain SharePoint and Team sites.
• Presentation Development: You will assist in the development of compelling presentation content for management and wider stakeholder audiences, enhancing the team’s communication efforts.
• Project & Process Support: You will assist project managers in internal improvement projects and contribute to informed decision-making within the team.
• Event Coordination: You will help coordinate project meetings, workshops, and team events, ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration.

What You Bring
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Communication, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. To be successful in this role, you:

• Have strong organizational skills and proficiency in standard office software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English, with a keen attention to detail.
• Have a fable for video creation and editing.
• Have strong stakeholder management skills and enjoy interaction with a variety of people.
• Are flexible and able to work both independently and as a team player.
• Have experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Teams.
• Demonstrate a strong interest in the renewable energy sector.

About the Team
You will be part of a dedicated and dynamic team within the Offshore Construction unit, focusing on enhancing project efficiency and strategic alignment. The team values collaboration and innovation, working together to support the successful execution of offshore wind construction projects. Your contributions will play a vital role in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
